Long For The Flowers

After having Christmas dinner with our Australia friends, I really wanted to try there style of cooking.  One thing they do enough is have a nice bread on the table. This Dinner was delicious. Salad with every meal. After diner Chess matches. Mommy always wins. 

Layden's Birthday December 21, 2011 We did presents in the morning and he got the one big thing he asked for. A Soccerball! We had birthday breakfast of LP's choice. He wanted to cook flapjacks in his new apron. At school they had a small celebration for him and Melissa did something bigger for him for lunch. She brought in personal pizza's for Layden his BFF Lili and Ryleigh. She also told stories to his class for 2 hours. I thought Layden's birthday dinner was an interesting choice. He wanted Sushi, we did Sushi and Ice Cream dessert. It was a good day for him. I can't believe you are 6 years old. Gift time. Camera like your brother's camera. You two love using my camera to take pictures. Now you can take as many pictures as you want.  You love cooking with me in the kitchen. While in the Gold Coast, Chris and I wanted to take the kids to Warner Brother's Park. This is perfect for them, I love superheros, scooby-doo, and all Warner Brother's characters. The spotted Green Lantern and the Flush and ran over to meet them. We knew immediately that this was going to be a good day.  Harry Potter Store. Ryleigh ran as fast as he could the moment he saw it.  Road Runner RollerCoaster The boys couldn't wait to ride the roller coaster.  Layden's first roller coaster, he wasn't scared at all. Ryleigh wanted to ride the roller-coaster by himself... big boy.   This is the face of a little boys who LOVED his first roller-coaster ride.   Layden was ready for the next ride... Sylvester's Pounce 'n' Bounce Join Sylvester's as he jumps around trying to catch Tweety! This ride is lowered by a hopping motion... up and down, up and down, up and down.  It was so fun, Layden convinced Ryleig...
