Plane Trip from Denver to Melbourne

We left Denver on a sunny but sad May day, which happened to be my parents anniversary. What a terrible kids right, we took the grandbabies, got on a plane and were heading to Melbourne Australia. No less of a pain, Melissa just got some body ink done and it caused ink poisoning which let to more trouble in airports. Crutches, kids, passports and luggage that weighed too much was how we started our 27 hour journey.

Love you family and friends, we will be back....maybe!

Ryleigh and Layden were ready for our journey, although I'm not sure they truly understand what we were doing. 

This is so exciting. An experience that we will never forget. 

Layden is looking sleepy. 

Who know a tattoo could cause so much trouble. While transferring from the domestic flight to the international flight at LAX I had to wait to get picked up by a golf cart due the walk being so long. This caused the plane to be late by 30 late taking off. 

Layden was sad when dad grab this arm so he didn't walk away. Its getting late, and we are just getting started.
