Yarra Valley Wine Country and Healesville Sanctuary

My company, REA, provided a 'partner excursion' for all the American's that relocated over. We had a lot of different options to choose from and our choice was the Yarra Valley and Healesville Sanctuary. My work mate Andrew Midgely and his wife Annie picked us up in a huge VAN. I don't know how Midge drove it.We stopped of at a classic Winery, here are some view from that place.

Beautiful View from the Yarra Valley Winery Restaurant.

The View was so beautiful, we had to take a family picture but Layden had other plans... To play and not to take a picture. Ryleigh didn't help other by laughing at Layden.

From the winery, we took off on to the Healesville Sanctuary.

Healesville Sanctuary

This tree is so amazing, it looks wet but it's not. Making for a beautiful picture for Ryleigh.

Emu and Galah

These Galahs would eat out of the kids hands.

The Australian White Ibis

The boys take every opportunity to play Starwars or Harry Potter

We all couldn't wait to see the Koalo bears, but Layden did like that they were in a zoo and wanted to let them go.

Make sure you get the Koala Bear behind me. - Ryleigh

Get it go back to it's family

Education is important

Finally some action in the kangaroo area.

The smaller Brown Kangaroos, we totally staying out of the rain.

Ummm mom and dad, do you think I can get that wallaby?
Watch me try..

Ha, that kangaroo is pooping.

Um Dad, you told me to stop and take a picture but that big grey Kangaroo is only this rope from kicking me. I am scared but will pose....just for a second then I am out.
