TPS School Swim Lessons

I love that the school does this. For 2 weeks each year the kids have swim lessons every day.

Ryleigh is in 2nd grade and Layden is in prep (kindergarten)

As an involved mother I couldn't miss being a part of this. The boys took a bus to swim lessons I walked. The walk was wonderful but the first day I walked to the swim lessons I worried I would show up late. I was on time. When I got to the lessons the kids where in waiting for the lessons to start. They were goofy, joking, and ready to jump in.

Ryleigh's friend Jenny

Ryleigh was excited to see me but wanted to hang out with friends.

Edward was Ryleigh's new friend. Edward liked that Ryleigh sounded different.

It was a large class

His friend Jenny was sad when Ryleigh took interest in another kid. Ryleigh didn't like it when she got sad. Trying to make her happy.

Try outs. They started the lesson in the small pool to see what the kids levels are.

Ryleigh was moved to the big pool.

Ryleigh worked hard. It was wonderful to see him show off his skills.

When Ryleigh went to change Layden's class showed up. I couldn't wait to see him. He was excited but more excited to see me. He ran up for some cuddles.

His bag was large and heavy. I need to get him a smaller bag.

I wasn't sure if Layden would swim or refused. But he loved it. He jumped in and worked hard.

The poor little kids were so cold.
